Returns

At Scrappy Pages, every order is special, and we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Because many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created using previously loved materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! If something isn't right with your order, please reach out so we can work together to find a solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at scrappypagescrafts@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We will review the situation and work with you to make things right, whether that means a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Handmade & Vintage Items

Many Scrappy Pages products are handmade using vintage or previously loved books, fabrics, and materials.

Small imperfections, signs of age, and variations in colors, patterns, and embellishments are part of what makes each creation unique. These characteristics are not considered defects when accurately described in the product listing.

Because our products are handmade, no two items will be exactly alike.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on digital items.

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us. We're happy to help!

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered preparation or has shipped.

Digital orders generally cannot be canceled once the download has been accessed.

Refunds

Although we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we understand that unexpected issues can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has another problem, please contact us. We will review each situation individually and provide an appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
